What is needed to place an order?
We will need to have the delivery and pick up address, home or business phone number, and an onsite contact person with a cell number if possible. We will need the correct dates for delivery and pickup. In order to guarantee your rental a 50% deposit is required.
What payment options do I have?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Full payment must be received one week prior to the date of your event.
What are your rental rates based on?
All rental rates are based on a 24-hour rental period. We do allow extra time for the customer to pick up and drop off. Deliveries will be made the day before your event and picked up the day after, unless other arrangements have been made.
How much is delivery?
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and the location of your event. Deliver and pick up rates are quotes as a round trip fee. It is strongly recommended that the customer is available onsite during delivery and pick up times.
Can you set up and take down my rental items?
Yes, we can set up and take down your rental items. There is an additional charge for setup and takedown and arrangements must be made in advance. Setup and takedown for dance floors and canopies is included at no additional charge.
What should we do with the glasses, dishes, and silverware that we used?
All glasses, dishes, and silverware should be rinsed clean and placed in the container they arrived in.
What should we do with the linens after use?
All linens should be shaken clean and should be dry in order to prevent staining and mildew.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any orders cancelled prior to 72 hours before the delivery date or customer pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the delivery date or customer pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Order cancelled the day before, or at time of delivery or customer pickup are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Special order items or services are subject to a 100% cancellation fee once the order has been placed. All orders placed will receive a confirmation call one week prior to the event. It is the customer's responsibility to make any additions or cancellations of the rental equipment.
